scratch artists, designers, writers & musicians ect being taken over by AI. not only are we fighting back, there's a ton of stuff gen ai cannot do that humans can and stuff gen ai will never be able to do that requires a level of puzzle solving & skills in our respective fields. on top of that, they illegally scraped our work & personal photos without consent (as SUPRISE! not everything you see online is copywrite free! infact its ALL PROTECTED unless a user has specifically waved their rights, it has a creative commons fair use licence, or is public domain. Just because someone posts their art or photos doesn't mean you can take it without repercussions if the creator finds out about it - even videos like this one are copyright protected.) so yeah it won't be long before gen ai is effectively nothing more than identity theft, which is kinda currently what it's being used for.... and hopefully gets heavily regulated as it makes dealing with certain crimes more difficult and can potentially lead to many defamation and sexual harassment cases (which btw it already has happened). I don't see it being more than a fad that people with money want to invest into because they're too selfish & stupid, instead of investing that money into something ACTULLY useful like Philanthropy.
