How do you expect anyone to actually ban ai art? yes there are examples that are obvious, like with the hands, but there are also many examples of it looking man made. I have seen human works that both humans and the ai detecting websites label as ai, and also ai art that fooled many people only to be shown to be an ai piece later. So if there is no way to actually police this other than having to provide a timelapse or psd file with layers, is that really reasonable? also what if someone is using ai as part of their process, like they are still editing it and changing it to get what they want, where would you draw the line. what if someone generates an image then uses it as a reference and manually replicates it accurately, they would have painted it traditionally but the image itself wasn't "human" made.
