Years ago corporates did not hesitate moving their call centers to cheaper countries, despite the fact that the service quality was obviously lower (as agents were not native speakers). So it is not surprise that know they do not hesitate to lower the quality again with AI if they perceive saving as much higher than the consequences of reduced quality
