Art is the act of creating. AI can't create. Every human being that has ever existed has an imagination and some people choose to create things with that imagination but just telling a machine what you want is not creating. It's like why should I paint a painting when I could just write a couple sentences about it on a piece of paper? But even that would be art compared to AI
