I really thought about this and it accured to me, the copyright office doesn't want to be inundated. if AI can be copyright, imagine being inundated by so much ai art. if ai can be 'original' does that mean if aI generates similar to 'his work' does that mean we're free to copyrgiht that too? Copyright only works if you personaly can enforce it. Even if he could copyright it, wouldn't he lose his rights as there'd be no way for him to enforce it against AI "bootlegs" no? Even if you commission an artist, you can sign and pay for 'rights transfered' or license the work. AI is like breaking the 4th wall
