Hardcoding an AI to say that it is an AI is not a guaranteed fail on a Turing Test.
1. A Turing test is passed if a human cannot distinguish between the subject being an AI or a human. This is an inherent subjectivity in the test, so we cannot declare before hand what conclusion a human interviewer will draw.
2. Lying is a very human characteristic.
