Tbh I think ai will fall off
Like u said the investors are helping it keep it afloat,not ai itself and why will it fall off u may ask? Well a few years back we used bodysuit In animation to make characters movements more lifelike,but then the big companies who used this saw that the people don’t want it and drop it and never use it (and if they do it’s for rare occasions) and I think that is what will happen with ai yes I understand that animation and ai slop are different things but let me dumb it down,
Company sees something new,they invest in said new thing, they see that people don’t WANT the new thing and eventually throw the new thing away
