AI will be taking away jobs given how fast it’s advancing and the trajectory of improvement but that doesn’t it’s going to take them away RIGHT NOW. There is a lag effect as they get integrated into the company data streams and workflows which is a gradual process. Companies are stupid by laying off people wholesale without realizing that AI adoption and automation will take years to properly integrate.
