We do need to remember that the disabled community is not a monolith. And while many many disabled artists are coming out and saying that it’s hurtful and absurd to use disability as an excuse for AI art use, there are also disabled people who appreciate using AI for art. I’m not passing judgment on either of those statements, but I do think it’s important to remember that there isn’t one person who speaks for all disabled artists.
