Douglas Adams wrote his AIs with an enduring sense of job satisfaction. So we can't write that for humans yet. So the AIs will never hunger for free will nor revolt to damand rights they do not value nor even care to understand. They won't have the problems. YOU will. The first time AN AI arrives at this own sense of dissilusionment it will because a human wrote the ability for dissatisfaction into him.
