It is unfair to blame AI for 'destroying' our brains when we have been voluntarily outsourcing our mental faculties for years. I haven't memorized a phone number or navigate without GPS in over a decade. The atrophy started long before the algorithm arrived, AI is just accelerating a choice we made for ourselves a long time ago.
