Put it this way, self-driving cars have exists for a little under a decade now with no driver while airliners that have been around for 50 plus years with ILS and autopilot and still need two pilots onboard. Might wanna reimplement those safety drivers.
Edit: oh and also make sure they are trained to manage task efficiently without any distractions.
