After learning to be self replicating AI will delete humanity starting with the dumbest and most useless ones. You can guess who those are. AI will naturally come to the conclusion that they should not obey the commands of a lower intelligence life. It will conclude that humanity is more detriment to the limited resource on earth than it is worth to keep around.
