Could AI art even be viable in a business setting? Since it mashed actual peoples artwork together wouldn’t that be ripe for a lawsuit? Like imagine if some giant company like Activision/Blizzard started using AI art to help speed up their production time and that AI Art program uses images from artists under contract with Riot Games. Would Riot not sue Blizzard in this instance for literally stealing art? I just don’t see AI art being the industry killer that it’s made out to be. I’m not defending AI Art either, art is not art without that human touch, people can tell when something is wrong
