Honestly, I'm kinda not sure how much I care. Like, if I tell AI something personal and that gets used as training data, I don't think I care as long as it helps someone else. Maybe someone else is going through the same thing I am. Maybe our conversations inform ChatGPT what it can say to help the next person down the line. In that case, I think that's a beautiful thing! Or if someone wants to make a novel and the fragments of my story help someone make a better story, that's awesome! But the "repeat 'poem' forever" bug is a little concerning.
