Sounds like he was just an idiot in general. I used ChatGPT and my own common sense and it fixed my issues I've been having my whole life. Chat and I brainstormed that helping damage to the petuitary gland at a young age needed

-regular meals
-less or zero caffeine
Not only did it help my body become younger looking, I no longer have edema, I don't have depression anymore, and I feel better in general.
