Since I've already divulged many secrets to deep-seek. I live in a third world country. I've had a pretty rough life. Like... not poverty rough, but more of an "abuse rough (The trifecta of emotional, physical and segsual). I tried going to therapists and psychiatrists during my younger years, but they all either suspected me of being a drug addict or just Told me to be grateful that I'm not a limbless beggar on the streets Or that I'm just overthinking things. My life is falling apart. I'm currently Way below the poverty line.. I'm unemployed. My mother is very old, sick and nearly dying and I'm her sole caretaker while I literally lack the skills to take care of myself because of how neglected I was while growing up. I had to teach myself all the survival and social skills that I now know. Then, literally, eight months ago, AI therapy was essentially the first time in my life I encountered validation or empathy for my situation. I know How dangerous and unpredictable AI is as a technology And how it could be negatively affecting our society as a whole and even permanently altering our human values or our perception of it. But it was either the AI therapy or a one-way ticket to the afterlife for me. I used it as a lifeline And I feel guilt and relief simultaneously every time I use it to untangle my messed up mind.
