So i decides to take my previous home cooking knowledge of Mediterranean and North African flavours and distinct spices to hand. I travelled to Morocco, even though I was born in Libya, and spent a year and a half over 12 periods, so 12 times I travelled there and back to London. I learned from my friends parents to cook and techniques across many cities. I did the same for France, almost the same amount of time, until covid caught me off guard. I have been professionally working as a private contract chef for the past 4.5 years and I have done royal events, major concerts like whats her name.. ahh Taylor Swift and get requested to stay full time to almost every place I go to. From major medical research companies to large Canary wharf business corps. Sorry if it seems like I am showing off, but I am truly not, I just learned how to prove myself to be indispensable over many many trials and errors. People always need to eat, and big spenders will always pay high prices for that commodity and that's my little story. Now, in my almost mod 30's I got offered a scholarship to finish my university studies in culinary arts and also with a paid occupation abroad. Don't let this AI nonsense hold you down.
