Thanks for a sensible and well thought out take on AI art. I stumbled on this video actually from a bit of a trainwreck of a thread on social media... I've been getting a bit of a headache from seeing all the dogpiling and carry on from both the hardline pro and hardline anti AI crowd, and it isn't helping... I love the AI technology and personally I think it's great to be able to whip up an image from a simple passing thought, but I'd like the ability to be able to support whoever made the output possible. If machines can content ID, and generate citations/bibliographies then it shouldn't be too much trouble for an AI to give each of its sources a keyscore and assign a percentage of royalties toward the artist based on that keyscore.
