i don't want to say you are wrong with all of this but you are wrong on one point.
AI is a tool. it's way more complex than a brush, but it is still a tool. it got no free will, it doesn't produce art without entering a database and afterwards commands /prompts. you have to tell it manually "do this task for me".
your definition of a tool is weird. just because everyone can use it, it suddenly stops being a tool? wtf? a keyboard is a tool too by the way.
