I expect to trace AI art and then nobody is getting hit because your not directly copying anyone but putting "flavor" and it runs as a base and reference where if your good enough you can make anatomy from it and isn't as bad as abstract pixar models which if you don't know games copy others to make a base which is coding equivalent to unity and game engines which is basic anatomy and is considered a cheap commission
