This generation can surely appear unreliable to boomers, if they expect these young-lings to be in a meeting at 8 am. However, the opposite happens if you provide them with the freedom and autonomy to shine. They're also extremely skilled at working with others, have way more compassion and empathy than older generations, etc ...
The most entitled, lazy, spoiled, petulant, delusional and narcissistic generation, are usually the boomers in management. They expect everything to happen on their terms, following their rules, regardless if things are even logistically, mathematically or technically possible.
