This sucks for truck drivers. But this is what happens as technology advances. Where are the tanners, the blacksmiths, basket weavers, monks who copied books by hand. I'm sure they complained too when they were replaced by industrial manufacturing or the printing press. This is just how it is, as crappy as that sounds. In 20 years there will be zero truck drivers. Probably sooner.
Don't get mad at the guys making the AI for it either, their jobs are on the chopping block too!
