Can we PLEASE stop calling them AI "Artists" even with quotations? They ARENT artists. The AI is more of an artist than them.
Art is amazing. Art is about the emotions behind it. You can tell so much emotion from any art work. AI and the people who generate it are awful. I hope theyre nice people IRL but PLEASE. The only benefits of AI arts are cheapness for businesses, and even that isnt a benefit. Maybe laughing at awful AI generated images with friends is good but still.
Art isnt about the result. Its about the journey. What inspired the artist to make it-? Boredom? Or something deeper they want to express? Either way, its the story behind an art work that makes it beautiful, more than the art itself.
If you are an AI prompt writer, PLEASE pick up a pencil, or install some drawing app on your phone and just try. I promise you will see how much better it feels.
And to those of us who draw our art? Please. Dont call them artists in any sense. They dont deserve it.
