The fact that an entire truck is made with the whole point of having no one in it seems so wasteful to me. The living space is still there so why not just pay the truckers.
All it takes is for one truck to stop abruptly on the highway or any of the other issues that self driving cars had for this plan to get scrapped. I pray that there are no casualties if/when that happens
