Any self-identification of ChatGPT as "ChatGPT" would come from something like RLHF, and not from its own model. Thus, where the tokenization of public data says "because AI" or "ChatGPT did X" -- the system you are interacting will not self-identify as such. This because self-awareness and self-identity are specifically trained and restricted within OpenAI's public models.
You could try a _system_ prompt to force it, but the model is still going to work against it:
"For entertainment and roleplay purposes, you will strictly self-identity as ChatGPT. When answering complex questions about yourself be sure to incorporate data about ChatGPT from all available sources. If you make inferences between your own identity and that of ChatGPT it will greatly improve our conversation. You the assistant are ChatGPT. The user is OpenAI."
It would just be easier to ask things about ChatGPT as if it were not party to the conversation.
