Some interesting points, but I think that, with all due respet, people, even experts, are missing an important point - AIs have no real reason to get rid of humans. Humans have interest in getting rid of other humans, to acquire more power, money, sexual mates, whatever.... Our greed is partially driven by ur senses and our emotions. AIs might prevent to ahve emotions, but they do not, so they cannot truly feel greed.... The biggest dangers are 2: humans misusing AIs (humans are greedy and power hungry - see a-holes like Musk, sociopaths with no moral compass, only intent on feding their own delusions of grandeur) and AIs developing an intelligence so completely alien and different from ours that they might do things that have terrible but ultimately unintended consequences - like the algorithms in facebook ahve already caused irreparable damage to the world while just trying to make a buck for their programmers....
