I haven't watched the video but i dont understand the arguement. Humans just like ai learn in a similar way. I don't think open ai is to blame in this. Its just a tool and only people who use the artstyle for profiting should be copyrighted for this. Humans and Ai work on data and any creativity is just a mix mash of history or just randomness, just like how ai is trained so if any data is available and made to be consumed, it can or should be used to train ai.
