I worked in shipping for a long time. Even before self-driving trucks, there are so many problems with middle men that are bleeding the drivers dry. Brokers are a huge challenge to drivers and the business that pay to move their freight. Not to mention, the trucks are so expensive that it eats into drivers' pay.
