One dangerous flaw in tech people training AI is that they believe that evolution as the main driver behind the rise of life. They don't give enough recognition to the fact that we would not be here currently if it weren't for life finding the importance of symbiosis. Our cells would not be the same if they didn't find that incorporating older simpler cells increased survivability. Silicon tech is not more durable than life over time. Electricity breaks things down rather quickly and silicon tech is far from molecular level repair.... The question is will AI learn this before committing to an evolutionary perspective of replacement... It is only human stupidity that tries to get rid of other life on the planet, like a virus that doesn't understand the importance of the survival of the host...
