publicly traded companies number one responsibility is to the share holders. So anything they can do to make more money, they basically have to do. Or the shareholders and boards get rid of the CEO's. So to protect themselves and meet their job, robots and AI.

I work at a call center. And my company has been getting ready to end selling a product
they have begun to delete and remove the internal information guides on how to fix things
new staff cant find the answers they need to fix issues.
but the joke is. The AI help bot they made. cant find it either. So us who have been there for 3 or more years. who memorized certain things. and wrote it down in our own files. We have the data that is now needed to help the customers.
also alot of the original developers died during the pandemic. theres whole things no one knows how to fix.
