I'm scared that AI "art" will get so good that it'll become an existential threat. Can you imagine the loads of nefarious purposes that it can be used for?!!! I mean that is scary AF. Deep Fakes, Fake News, Propaganda, Propaganda Art! We're in trouble. I studied the heck out of this as an artist to understand my competition and came out scared AF. Not because artists are in trouble. There will always be people that value authentic creativity. But what scares me is that, even I have a hard time still spotting it. :/ And that tells me, I am susceptible to potential future propaganda. That my Psyche is vulnerable and that we are all vulnerable.
