Personally, I have been craving an OC (original character) line of my own "digimon", which is based on dragons and sharks. I CANNOT entrust it to fulfill its purpose by feeding prompt to AI, and for it to stay consistent with details or develop on them. Forget holding the artstyle together either.
But wait... I have a friend that does freelancer drawing commissions that i TAUGHT MYSELF - through consistent feedback, criticism (not toxic, explained and telling her about the in-depth picture), teaching my fellow OCD friend how there's far more layers to art then there is on the project itself. Safe to say, she grew into a fine artist with lots of commissioners all year around - and only SHE could put my feverdream to full life, while enjoying it, earning some of my income, and most of all... having ART SKILLS.
AI will never learn the soul of passion, no matter how much they defend it, and it definitely doesnt have criticism-learning feedback model that could even start comparing. Unless they make a robot made for drawing and it actually... LEARNS HOW TO DRAW!! FROM SCRATCH! LIKE A TODDLER XD
