publicly available once picture of producer that is no longer public clearview ai has no right to "harvest" the picture . it seems illegal. he keeps saying publicly available but her picture is not publicly available.also someone else one some one else's selfie. keep comparing to google but google is not indexing pictures like clearview without permission. this can be used by scam artist too as long as they pay them using social engineering. selling to china soon. Clearview needs to be audited frequently to make sure they are only servicing law enforcement of America
