The automation of technological processes leads to a reduction in the use of human labor, which inevitably leads to issues of redistribution of corporate profits, which need solvent demand to distribute goods.
In other words, if they don't adjust the system to the current technological progress, then we may find ourselves in a dystopia where a person loses the opportunity and ability to create and inevitably becomes redundant at this feast of life.
