He notices most of the people are either superhumans or have cars. Coran thinks to himself, It's not like I am that poor or my family is, but buying a car from your dad's money... haha. Nah, I will work on my own. Coran then walks through the gate in front of the college and eats before his first class. He notices even in college some superhumans are bullying normal humans, and all he can do is watch. And he hates that.
