Art made by people has *design*. There is purpose and meaning behind the placement of things, the color of each element, and the shape of each object, whether the creator knows it or not. AI art has no purpose or intent behind it. It amalgamates a product that mimics human creativity. A painting made by an elephant or crow has a 100,000,000 times more design thought put into it than AI.
