AI is not needed. First of all those technologies, which supposededly to be discovered by AI like time travel, harnessing energy of Universe, etc they had been discovered at least 70-80 years ago, so AI doesn't needed for this. Second all the information people can receive in a form of direct cosmic downloads from own High Self, Higher dimensional beings, aliens, or even directly from the Divine Thought Field or what people called God. Also it is known, that only up to 10% of brain surface is used, so why do you think that AI can surpass the natural human brain intellect capacity?
Finally, it is better to bun AI for the meantime, untill AI is tought compassion. Other wise, with out compassion and emotional intelligence Matrix movie will become reality.
