AI is in a bubble right now the cost equation for it is so f'd up. So for every dollar they make off A.I. , it costs them $7.77 so how do they stay in business? Its a speculative market with all the tech firms pumping money into it thinking it's the next big thing. So they run their business on a deficit, it's also what Netflix does. Netflix has never been profitable despite it now becoming a household name but they are arguably the biggest in the business of streaming TV even though many more have come and went. That's what A.I. companies would like to do they, just want to be on top of the bubble before it bursts that way all the other A.I. companies go under and they are left as king of the hill. Think NFT's or VR or 3D TV's which are all things relegated past, did it change the way we live ehhh a little but not by much.
