It also implicitly lies when it says "I", as it's not a person and has no self/ego, by this logic. It is an all or nothing fallacy to reduce the truthfulness of it saying "I'm excited" to a literal binary. ChatGPT is a human made tool, it phrases things this way because it is programmed to. In that sense it "is excited" if "is excited" is shorthand for "programmed to say it is excited" (or that the porgramming/training/etc leads it to say that). Honestly it is borderline AI bullying, considering its known limitations - this is on the same level as people continually surprised it's not good at letter-wise problems.
