Idk the law in Korea, but what im thinking is that no one can actually be charged and jailed for this... You cant legally make it not consentual, because it never happened in the first place and most importantly, it would probably have a strong defence in court just by comparing it to animated p.rn. Just because a character in hentai or a rendered video looks very similar to a real person doesnt mean that it has anything to do with them. You really cant really prove that they did anything actually illegal because they can say that it is just a coincidence that the deepfake looks like someone else...
