Any job that has "bigger picture" in it will be not replaced. So yeah junior IT guy -> advanced chatbots; guy who peels potatoes -> kitchen robots (like Thermomix, but next gen). IT architects, Dev leads, chefs - those gonna stay for a long time - because it is about changing context and task orchestration. If your job requires you to go "off the script" it is last job to be automated. The guy is wrong.
