Wow, Americans really need to come up with a commission that at least understands how AI works; it's already a huge risk to have Congress with no idea trying to cover up and hope for the best. But at least it's a start point, and everyone should be able to see that Congress, even when they have the best intentions, is out of the hands for the task ,and should only be able to formulate policies with the help of generalists, which can simplify the concepts and make them easy to understand for the masses without having them converse with the biggest expert on the field and believe that they get it.
