I don't see how it's stealing. The AI creates unique things. Yeah, I guess it borrows from a data set which might include intellectual property, but it's not replicating that property. That is usually what creativity is - borrowing ideas and applying them in a different way. That's like saying ChatGPT is stealing, too, because it has a database of internet knowledge written by other human authors. But it doesn't plagiarize.
