Yeah, all of these things apply to us in the warehouses now too. in Problem Solve, when marking something as damaged/undeliverables we have to take a photo. It uses AI to detect the product, 90% of the time it rejects the photo cause "it doesn't look damaged" when its shattered glass and leaking everywhere. fucking stupid
