What angers me the most is the "this is just like inspiration" argument from AI consumers (never "artists", they just consume, they don't do anything). Because it IMMEDIATELY assumes the LLM has the same rights as human people. We have the right to use other's arts as inspiration or under fair-use. LLMs DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT. They're not people, they're just computer algorithms.
