The "blue blood" comment is so... Interesting, I guess?? "Blue blood" is a term for rich people, in my experience. It's like they're saying that we were all born with the skills and the tools, without our own routes of learning skills and aquiring supplies we enjoy or are comfortable with, and that's just so obviously inaccurate to me and to many other artists. I've suspected in the past that people gravitate towards AI for a couple different reasons(and variations thereupon): - They want to be part of something, and participate in the world and other people in the way that an artist does (ie fanart, art trades, etc) - They want to be good at art and/or receive art NOW, not wanting to put the time in to learn, the money into resources(the more high-end of which are sometimes percieved as NECESSARY), or believing that that time would be worthless(because they believe that skill is a talent received at birth, or because they don't want to be bad at it while they're learning, etc) AI bros are sad, in conclusion.
