Kind of ironic that Real art is being saved BY copyright, something which had previously limited it in a professional setting.
Seriously though this is good news as any studio trying to make AI shows and stuff will not have the rights to copyright it for merchandising and to stop (ironically) bootleggers.
Basically if a company wants to OWN their media, its gotta be made in house lol.
