Its so hilarious that you guys are acting as if data centers never existed before AI and 2024. And that nobody has ever lived next to anything industrial that makes noise. So there are no freeways, no factories, no power plants, railroads - there has never existed anything that makes noise. And also like any other industry has never had tax incentives and benefits. Look at Louisiana history with oil companies if you want a sad story.
