its really just that the fact that tech bros don't want to put in the time learn a skill basically? or take the time to develop craftsmanship behind art or products. Like I make software and I love my UX/UI designer they are a artist literally. its so counter productive to be hard on artist? They are a huge part of the tech industry like designing the software?!?! AI can like make us more productive but that doesn't immediately invalidated 10 years or 20+ years of experiences my designer went through as a artist to get to that level
